JNEWS THEME (Bridge vs JNews)
JNews is currently in the top 10 most sold on Themeforest...
In this JNews Theme review we take the latest version of this great news and blogger theme a closer look. The theme has really shot up in the rankings of best-selling themes on Themeforest since its version 10, so I expect a lot from it.

JNEWS: RATING
If we check on Themeforest.net JNews's rating, we see that practically all raters are 5 stars gave up except for a few haters. The image above also shows that the theme has now been sold on more than 11,365+ times. For a relatively new theme, that is a very high number, which is expected to increase quickly. Many good themes are sold on Themeforest despite the extremely bad reputation of the Themeforest marketplace, the themes are good.
JNEWS: DEMOS
The JNews theme offers a series of beautiful demos that can be installed with 1 click. Since it concerns blog websites, the variety in homepsge is the most important. They state that they offer more than 150+ homepages. There are very nice examples and the number will be further expanded in the course of time.
The nice thing about demos is that you can make a quick start with them. The website is already but with the wrong photos and texts in principle. So place your logo in it, adjust texts and photos and you are well on your way to having your own site.
JNEWS THEME REVIEW: WEBSHOPS
The theme is of course 100% compatible with Woocommerce, but if you are going to build a webshop then choose a theme like Astra or another theme from my top 10 for webshop themes. One can certainly build a good webshop with the JNews theme, but there is simply much better than this. There is very little to be found on their own website about the webshop or Woocommerce theme, so it is certainly not the specialty of this theme.
JNEWS: SPEED
The JNews theme is one of the fastest themes out there for Wordpress and should actually be in my list for fast WP themes. The bare theme with no extra plugins with just a optimized cache plugin produced the result presented above. Of course you can optimize your website yourself for loading time. Follow this advice here.
JNEWS: PAGEBUILDERS
The JNews theme uses the Gutenberg pagebuilder by default, but is compatible with WP Bakery Pagebuilder and Elementor Pro page builder, one of the best out there in the field. I also definitely recommend installing Elementor for free, or even better the pro version.
JNEWS: PREMIUM PLUGINS INCLUDED
JNews offers an insane amount of 3rd party plugins that you can get with it. I know of no other theme where this offer is so high. Impressive in itself, but the value should not be overestimated as they would have you believe. Other themes also come with plugins that work very well and too many plugins often do not benefit a site.
JNEWS: HEADERBUILDER
JNews offers something that has so far only been seen with top themes like Divi, a real HeaderBuilder with which you have practically no limits when it comes to the construction of your header. Technical knowledge such as HTML or PHP is not necessary for this, a child can do the laundry.
JNEWS: MORE BUILDERS
Nice such a HeaderBuilder? JNews offers a whole host of other "Builders" that I won't list all of them here, check them out on their own site if you have time. They are pictured below.
Apart from the Builders Series, the theme is packed with all kinds of great features that one would want in a blog or news website such as: Scrolling Mobile Menu, Podcast System, Subscription System, Sponsored Posts, Subscribe to Download, Multiple Authors Post, Video Preview on Hover, and much more.
JNEWS THEME REVIEW: CONCLUSION
The JNews theme is very well put together. It's an impressive blogger theme, exactly what it was built for. I would also like to see Woocommerce options that are this extensive, then it will become a high-quality multipurpose theme and will sell even better than it already does.
The price is always the problem with themes that are sold via Themeforest because they require a separate license for every website that someone has. JNews certainly offers value for money, although I would rather spend that money on one of the themes in my top 10 for WP themes this year that is even better and can all be used on as many sites as you like. I would definitely buy JNews, but for only 1 website, and for a great blog of course.
BRIDGE THEME (Bridge vs JNews)
Bridge has been competing in the ranks for best-selling themes on Themeforest for years...
Bridge is one of the most successful themes on Themeforest. It has had a solid place in the top 10 since its first release in 2014. In total, it has now been sold 192.933+ times for a price of $ 59. The theme's rating is 4.78 out of 5 and there were 6,053 paying customers who gave it a rating. That is a very high rating, although there are also themes such as Astra that score 4.99. The Astra theme is not on Themeforest I have to say.
That high rating is due to an excellent support department, the beautiful and quick to install demos, the 2 page builders including Elementor since the last upgrade and the theme just looks very good on all different devices. Overall a top theme with many more qualities that we will now discuss individually.
Bridge review (Premium WP-Theme)
As mentioned, Bridge has more than a good rating, for example the two page builders it offers and not the least there are. The best is the Elementor page builder that appears more and more often in the top themes as is the case here. This page builder's premium version costs $ 99 a year, but you get it for free in Bridge (free version). In addition, the WP Bakery Pagebuilder also costs about $ 60 Themeforest (one-off plus six months support).
Bridge Demos
As shown below, Bridge has very nice demos in its library of no less than 480 copies. It is sometimes confusing with demos because some themes talk about separate pages, others about complete demo sites. The latter is the case here and that is really a lot.
One does not have to be an expert to be able to start his new website with one of these demos. In the wide choice of demo websites that Bridge offers, has layouts for every niche imaginable.
All these layouts are made with the page builders and with this you can also quickly adapt them to your own house style and content. If you still can't figure it out, you can always consult the extensive collection of video tutorials on their Youtube channel.
Bridge Woocommerce webshops
Like all themes in the top 20 and more, Bridge is built on a perfect collaboration with Woocommerce. That is the Wordpress webshop plug-in that practically everyone uses and I have been doing the same for years. There is nothing better. The theme offers various nice extras for the shops, such as quick view and wish list. If you are going to build a shop I would rather choose OceanWP or Flatsome which offer many more features.
Bridge Portfolios and Blogs
Regarding portfolios, you can choose from 7 different list layouts and 7 single layouts. The portfolios come with hover animations and you can determine the number of columns yourself. All this together is more than above average when it comes to portfolios. Bridge also does not come up short in terms of choice of blog layouts. Beautiful masonry layouts and vertical loop layouts.
Other nice features that the theme offers are: choice of 600+ Google fonts, 80+ shortcodes, translation ready with complete RTL support, testimonials, sticky header, call-2-action buttons, CSS 3 animations, Ajax page transitions, infographics and counters , Font Awesome and Font Elegant icon packs and social buttons.
Bridge Theme review conclusion
It has become clear that the Bridge theme can be used for all types of websites and is also extremely suitable for shops. The theme looks very good on all possible devices and working with the theme is pleasant and simple, especially with Elementor. There are practically no weaknesses and the theme is well worth the $ 59 requested.
BRIDGE VS JNEWS CONCLUSION
First of all, thank you for reading this Bridge vs JNews comparison to the end. Both Bridge and JNews are very good themes. Both themes are packed with features and settings. Both themes are also very suitable for building blogs and load quickly in a browser. So they are very similar, but there are some differences. For example, I would certainly not use JNews for the construction of webshops at the moment, because the theme lacks options. Bridge and JNews are unfortunately expensive themes as they require a separate expensive license for each of your websites.
If you only have to provide 1 single site with a theme, these themes still have to be paid. If you want more value for money, it is better to buy a theme that you can use on as many sites as you want and at the same time are even better themes. My tip is buy Divi, the best selling and valued theme in the world or possibly Astra if you have a lightning fast theme.
