The7 vs Hub Theme comparison 💥
THE-7 THEME (Hub vs The7)
The-7 has more demo starters sites then any theme...
Strap in for a rollercoaster ride of a review! We're diving headfirst into the world of The-7 Theme, where we'll dish out the good, the bad, and the quirky. The7, the brainchild of Dream-Theme, burst onto the scene in September 2013, and oh boy, has it been a wild ride since then! As of , this stylish theme has charmed its way into the hearts (and websites) of 273,569+ users and boasts a snazzy 4.75 out of 5 stars from 7476 ratings on Themeforest. Talk about popularity! Few themes can say they've mingled with the stars quite like The-7.
New: Elementor integration
Guess who's joined forces with the Elementor page builder? That's right, another top-notch theme is hopping on the Elementor bandwagon – and why not? It's like peanut butter meeting jelly! Elementor isn't just any page builder; it's the crème de la crème, the bee's knees of page builders for WordPress, as you can see on our list of best pagebuilders.
This is like giving your theme a superhero cape. But hey, why stop at great when you can go for extraordinary? Upgrading to the PRO version of Elementor is like turning your theme into a page-building wizard!
Hold on to your hats, folks! The7 is here with a whopping 40+ ready-to-roll demo websites that you can pop into place with just one magic click. It's like having a genie in a bottle, but for websites! Whether you're into knitting, skydiving, or underwater basket weaving, there's a stunning layout waiting just for you. So, grab those demos by the horns, swap in your dazzling images and witty texts, and voilà – you'll have a website that screams 'you' in no time!
The7 review: 1000+ theme options?
Get ready to be dazzled! The-7 theme is like a Swiss Army knife of themes – versatile doesn't even start to cover it. I haven't counted them all (because who has that kind of time?), but the wizards over at Dream-Theme claim that The7 is loaded with over 1000+ theme options and 250+ page options. It's like they've packed an entire theme amusement park into one package, as you can see in the mind-blowing image below.
Ready for some techy treats? The theme comes supercharged with a full version of the WP Bakery pagebuilder, the maestro behind all those nifty shortcodes. This pagebuilder is like the golden ticket of the web world, usually costing a cool 64 bucks. But wait, there's more! The7 packs nearly $200 worth of extra third-party plugin goodies.
Now, mixing themes and shortcodes is like wearing socks with sandals – not always a great idea. You want your shortcodes to still play nice even after you switch themes. With The7, it's a bit of a 'buy it to keep it' deal for the plugin, at an additional $64. But hey, adding shortcodes with the WP Bakery pagebuilder is a breeze, so maybe it's worth loosening those purse strings!
As the maestro behind this The-7 review, color me impressed by the treasure trove of free plugins in this theme. We're talking about the star-studded WP Bakery pagebuilder, and its best buddy, Ultimate Add-ons. But wait, there's more! You also get Convert Plus for crafting those eye-catching pop-ups, Go Pricing for sleek pricing tables, and the crème de la crème, Slider Revolution 6. This slider plugin is the LeBron James of sliders, nailing it on every device, from laptops to mobiles.
And, hold onto your hats, folks – this theme comes with a Design Wizard! Yep, it's like having a friendly website genie guiding you through setting up headers, footers, logos, and more. It's a godsend for newbies who haven't yet dipped their toes in the website creation pool. You're less likely to forget the small stuff with this wizard at your side.
Oh, and the import function? It's like a magic wand! With a flick and a click, you can summon entire demo websites, complete with images and slides. But the real trick is importing just a single page from a demo using a special URL. Mix and match pages from different demos to create your own web masterpiece. It's a feature rarer than a unicorn in the world of themes!
Compatible with WPML
Brace yourselves, language lovers! This theme is primed and ready for translation with WPML, your passport to building multilingual websites. The best part? The theme already speaks 10 different languages! So, you can take a breather and skip translating the theme itself – just focus on your own content.
And the compatibility saga continues! This theme plays nice with all the cool kids on the plugin block, including but not limited to: WooCommerce, WPML, Yoast SEO, All in One WP Migration, W3 Total Cache, and more. It's like the theme went to a plugin party and became best friends with everyone!
The7 theme review final words
And here's the cherry on top: this gorgeous theme, which seems to be on a never-ending discount spree, is up for grabs at just $39! HUB THEME (Hub vs The7)
Hub is currently in the top 10 most sold on Themeforest...
In this Hub Theme review for we look at why this theme is gaining popularity so quickly. In their own words, 2 years of preparation to create the best theme ever. The question is whether she succeeded. Until now, the theme has a perfect rating! The theme has many features and no less than 600+ pre-made designs to start with in an impressive 60+ complete website demos.
Below you can see the average rating of the Hub Theme. On the Themeforest Marketplace, this is the highest score that you will find for Wordpress themes, higher than 5.0 is not possible. With this, the theme keeps up to date with successful themes such as Astra and Divi that also have a rating of 5.0 but they are not sold on the same marketplace.
HUB INSTALLATION AND DEMOS
We recommend using the 600+ ready-to-go design sections or installing one of the 60+ ready-to-go website demos. As a newcomer to the market, Hub already offers so many very beautiful complete designs for all types of niches and shops. There will of course be more and more.
Hub-Theme comes with a great Visual Editor. Normally I am not fond of themes with their own Editors, but this one is really special and soon everything can be edited with Elementor.
We perform a speed test with the theme under quite optimal conditions, so with cache plug-in and all images optimized. This theme indicates that it is specialized on loading times and the results are indeed very good as can be seen in the image below.

HUB THEME REVIEW SHOPS
With regard to web shops, the Hub theme also delivered an extremely good result. This theme can compete with the best themes for web shops in the market (Woocommerce). The image below shows a few examples of very professional looking shops. Hub also offers features such as Ajax search, Infinite product loading on a single page, Off-canvas cart and filters.
With the ThemeBuilder you can style all the different pages of your shop exactly as you had in mind. This applies to check-out pages, product pages, category pages and all other pages in the shop. You do not need HTML or other technical knowledge for this, everyone can do that with the ThemeBuilder.
HUB THEME PORTFOLIOS
Another very strong point of the Hub Theme are the beautiful portfolio layouts. No fewer than 13 pre-defined grids from which to choose.
HUB THEME REVIEW: CONCLUSION
In short, this is one of the best themes available to build blogs, portfolios, websites or web shops. The only thing missing is the cooperation with the Elementor pagebuilder but the theme has just been released and they are working hard on it. The fact remains, however, that the Hub Theme, like all other themes that are sold on the Themeforest marketplace, requires a separate license for each site you have. That is simply too expensive. The perfect theme for shops, blogs & websites is Divi and Astra is a very close second. These themes can be installed on multiple sites and the Divi Theme for example costs only $ 89, and comes with the Divibuilder full version!
HUB VS THE7 CONCLUSION
First of all thank you for reading this Hub vs The7 comparison till the end. Both themes are 100% compatible with Elementor page builder, which is great, although both themes also offer options for other page builders. If you have the money to install Elementor Pro I would do, the difference between free and pro is very big. The7 is a multipurpose theme with a lot of settings, one has to love this, some hate it because sometimes things are so hard to find. Hub loads a lot faster than The7 and is also very versatile and easy to customize. Both themes are definitely worth their money if it is bad for 1 single website.
In case you want to provide 2 or more websites with a theme, I advise against both these themes because then it will be much too expensive since a separate expensive license will be needed for each website. In that case, you're much better off Astra or Divi as it saves you money on multiple sites. In addition, these latter themes are ranked higher in my top 10 themes for than The7 and Hub.
