We start in this Neve vs X-Store comparison with the Neve Theme which does not automatically mean it would be better. Let's take a look at why the theme is so popular. There are currently more than 100,000 active installations and in its rating, the theme practically only gets 5 out of 5 stars. It doesn't get much better. Installing Neve is very easy. You can download the free version from Wordpress.org. Upload the theme file via the standard Wordpress install. Install and activate it as shown in below screenshot.
It is recommended to install one of the many ready themes that Neve offers as shown below. If you click on that button, you will receive a message that you must first install 1 of the approximately 10 plug-ins that come with the theme. So do that here "Neve options" >> "Plug-ins" and activate the plug-in.
You can now select and install one of the hundreds of ready-made themes via the offered import function. Multiple demos are available for each niche. Neve offers a lot of demos, and of very good quality. You are sure to find something to your liking. This all works flawlessly and super fast and in this neve review we give the full points for ease of installation.
There is practically no theme better prepared for the installation of the top page builders. At the moment there are 92 demos available for Gutenberg, 122 for Elementor, 48 for Brizy, 99 for BeaverBuilder, even 10 for DiviBuilder and 10 for Thrive Architect but these last 2 only in the pro version. NEVE SPEEDTEST
Let's run a speed test. It is important to know that with a good cache plug-in every website becomes much faster. I therefore run the test right away with the best cache plugin installed, called WP-Rocket. The plugin is set to optimize everything so css and js combined & minified. The results without optimized images and with optimized images are shown below and these are very good results. There are faster themes such as Genesis-Framework which is recommended by Google and Wordpress themselves. Ultimately, all themes in the top 5 for speed are blazing fast.
Special about Neve is that no jQuery is used in their theme, but instead Vanilla Javascript. This form of JS is a lot faster and websites made with this theme will load faster.

The theme is written with great code, it cannot be more professional and is therefore one of the fastest themes on the market. The theme works with the best page builder I know, Elementor. As a result, Neve quickly builds top websites with the greatest of ease. It can be used on an unlimited number of websites and so you no longer need any other themes with Neve. Neve offers good support and you have 200+ videos and 300+ pages with tutorials available.

X-Store is one of the Woocommerce themes that stand out due to its high number of shop demos and numerous special shop features. The theme comes with the most popular page builder out there, Elementor and the Bakery page builder. This theme was specially developed for the construction of web shops and that is noticeable. I can tell you in advance that this is a fantastic theme because I have created a number of shops with it.

Below you can see the rating that X-Store Theme gets from people who bought the theme, and an average of 4.85 is a score that is rare with themes on the Themeforest Marketplace. This usually means that except for a few haters, everyone gave 5 stars.

Installing X-Store Theme is very easy. The theme does not have a free version so you will have to buy it first and it can simply be installed via the standard Wordpress theme installer.
It is recommended to install one of the many ready-to-go designs. X-Store offers no less than 100+ webshop demos. These are beautiful complete designs for web shops in many niches such as furniture, tools, clothing, etc. In addition, there are 350+ complete sections that you can use in your designs.

Elementor is one of the best page builders out there and especially when we talk about the pro version, so it certainly stands out for my choice. We perform a speed test on X-Store under quite optimal conditions, so with cache plug-in and all images optimized. This theme does not indicate that it is specialized on loading times, but the results are excellent as can be seen in the image below.

To be honest, I don't know of any other theme that has over $ 500 worth of 3rd party plugins in its arsenal. Of course there are certainly themes that have practically all functions of these plugins and more just as standard in their theme, such as with Divi Theme is the case.

In my opinion, the price of $ 39 is very okay, but only if you are looking for a good webshop theme for only 1 project. X-Store is so specialized in the webshop that if you are looking for a theme for a different type of project such as a blog or company website, I would certainly choose another theme.

First of all, thank you for reading my X-Store Theme review to the end. There is nothing bad to say about this theme. This is one of the best themes there is to build web shops and it is rising in the rankings and it is better with every upgrade. It works perfectly with the Elementor page builder and that's great too. Yet it is true that, as I indicated in the chapter for the price above, that boss is boss.
The perfect theme for shops & websites is Divi and Astra is a very close second. These themes can be installed on multiple sites and the Divi Theme for example costs only $ 89, and comes with the Divibuilder full version! X-Store comes with Elementor, but that's the free version we're talking about, not the pro version.
