You are going to create a website and you have doubts between The-7 vs Soledad? Both very good selling themes. These two themes have a lot in common such as beautiful designs, a lot of settings (high adaptability) and good page builders. We investigate which theme is better. We also test the themes for loading speed and webshop options.
THE-7 REVIEW (The-7 vs Soledad)
In this The-7 Theme review we discuss all the plus and minus points of The 7. The7 was released in September 2013 by Dream-Theme. This great theme has until been sold 223.000+ times and has a rating of 4.75 out of 5 (7476 ratings) on Themeforest, there are few themes with a better average rating.
New: Elementor integration
Another top theme that has chosen to cooperate with the Elementor page builder. Not a bad idea because Elementor is of course one of the best pagebuilders out there for WP. Definitely an improvement for the theme. It is nevertheless best to upgrade to the PRO version of Elementor.
The7 has more than 40 ready-made demo websites that can be installed with one click. You will find several beautiful lay-ous for every conceivable niche from which you can start your new site. Adjust the images, texts et cetera to quickly achieve your own style.
The7 review: 1000+ theme options?
The-7 theme is one of the most versatile you can imagine. I have not checked them, but according to Dream-Theme, The7 has more than 1000+ theme options and 250+ page options as shown in the image below.
The theme uses a full version of the WP Bakery pagebuilder, this plug-in takes care of the use of the short codes. This sought after pagebuilder costs a whopping 64 dollars. In The7 there are almost $ 200 worth of extra third-party plug-ins. In principle, one should always keep theme and shortcodes separate from each other. In this way the shortcodes still work after installing a new theme. With The7 this is not possible unless you purchase the plug-in separately later for $ 64. Adding shortcodes via the WP Bakery pagebuilder is very simple on the other hand.
As a writer of this The-7 review, I was also impressed by the many free plug-ins in the theme. So this concerns the WP Bakery pagebuilder, but also the best add-on for it: Ultimate Add-ons. Furthermore you get Convert Plus (Pop-ups), Go Pricing and Slider Revolution 6. The Slider plug-in is my favorite when it comes to sliders and works extremely accurately, you can set the slides for all devices such as laptop or mobile.
Something few premium themes even offer is a Wizzard that lets you set all sorts of things such as header, footer, logo and so on. This is of course perfect for people who have never created a website, you can forget so little.
The import function lets you install complete demo websites complete with images and slides. But the Importer is also able to import a single page of a demo via the URL you specified. You can use a few pages of different demos in your own design. Most themes that I know cannot do this.
Compatible with WPML
Ready for translation with WPML with which you can create multilingual websites. The theme itself is already available in 10 different languages so you do not have to translate these languages yourself, only your own content.
The theme is compatible with all known plug-ins including for example: WooCommerce, WPML, Yoast SEO, All in One WP Migration, W3 Total Cache and more.
The7 theme review final words
There is about this beautiful theme which is practically always discounted and available for only $ 39 much more to tell of course. But if your interest is aroused, you can use the button below to take a look at the theme page on Themeforest where everything is explained in scents and colors.
SOLEDAD THEME (The-7 vs Soledad)
In september of 2015 the Soledad theme was successfully launched and has since continuously increased in popularity until now . The theme was developed by the premium builder PenciDesign. Originally it was only a magazine and blog theme, but over the years it was adjusted so extremely that it is no longer just one of the best themes for a blog website but now also for e-commerce websites or online shops and both business and private websites. with demo websites in every conceivable niche. In this Soledad review we can safely say that the theme is 100% multifunctional.
The beauty of Soledad is that you absolutely don't need any coding experience. It is not even a problem if you are going to build a website for the first time in your life. The theme is more than flexible and has an enormous adaptability. This Soledad review appreciates the latest upgrades from Soledad, in particular that the page builder Elementor can now be integrated which is a great idea.
Elementor is one of the best page builders there are. Furthermore, the theme is packed with features, settings, fonts, and tools that will make creating your site easier and you can actually build any website you have in mind.
Countless demo websites
One would think, so many functions .. is that suitable for the layman. That is why Soledad is considered to be one of the best Wordpress themes because that is indeed possible. Everything remained completely manageable despite all the new functions. Let's talk about the Theme Customizer, which has 34 tabs and each tab offers a different function. Examples of functions: footer settings, social media options, adjust colors, adjust fonts and therefore 30 additional functions.
Soledad theme review: AMP supported
The Soledad theme fully supports AMP, or Accelerated Mobile Pages. This allows your site to load on mobile phones up to 5 times faster than is normally the case.
Soledad has a good SEO
Regardless of whether you have a shop, a blog or a business website, you always want your pages to be found and load quickly in your visitors' browsers. PenciDesign, the builders of Soledad have correctly developed the theme according to Google standards that it has a top SEO. The latest CSS3 and HTML5 techniques were used for the code and the theme is 100% compatible with Yoast-SEO. Pages load quickly so that visitors don't get bored and stay on your site.
Translate your website into as many languages as you want and offer across different domains but manage all this from just 1 CMS system? No problem for the top translation plug-in WPML.
It is important when you buy a theme that it also works with all top plug-ins. Otherwise you will have to adjust this yourself which is a task for a professional or you simply cannot use these plug-ins because the design is heavily distorted. In the case of the Soledad theme you certainly have no problems in this regard. In addition to compatibility with the aforementioned plug-ins, the theme is compatible with Woocommerce, bbPress forum, BuddyPress, Slider Revolution. The theme is of course RTL ready and fully responsive on all devices. Soledad is a top theme and is also in our Top Wordpress themes .
The-7 vs Soledad comparison conclusion
Thank you for reading my Soledad vs The7 theme comparison for to the end. MMy preference is for The-7, it seems to be just a bit better in all areas. Both come with the free Elementor version, upgrading to Elementor Pro is a good idea if it is within your budget. However, both themes are certainly recommended as long as you only need it for 1 website.
I say this because these themes are only sold on the Themeforest marketplace where one only gets half a year of support and each website you own has to buy a separate license. So from 2 websites you have lost 120 dollars with these themes, while for 89 dollars you can buy the best theme there is for as many sites as you want, namely the Divi Theme with a full year of support.
