BRIZY vs UX-BUILDER
In this comparison between Brizy vs UX-Builder it quickly becomes clear which is the better page builder. Brizy has a free and a pro version, and UX-Builder is included in the Flatsome Theme which costs around $60. This page builder is not (yet) available separately as a plugin.
BRIZY REVIEW (Brizy vs UX-Builder)
In this Brizy review, we take a look at how Brizy only since April 2018 has had a rapid rise to one of the better page builders of the moment. The Brizy page builder currently has more than 50.000+ active installations on Wordpress websites. Brizy is available both for free and in pro version and already has more than 400+ professional layouts that can be installed with 1 click.
BRIZY PAGEBUILDER REVIEW: WOOCOMMERCE
Brizy has been perfectly prepared for a while now to build webshops with the Woocommerce plugin. I start with this theme because it is interesting for many people. Understand that in principle you should not compare Brizy with a page builder like Divi, it is still too young for that. However, Divi doesn't come as a free version, so if you don't want to spend money, you'll need an alternative like Brizy, Elementor, or Beaverbuilder. However, to use Brizy with Woocommerce you need the pro version. Check out the quick video below to see how Brizy handles Woocommerce.
BRIZY REVIEW ELEMENTS
The elements are of course the building blocks next to the rows and columns, and are therefore very important for the construction of your website. The number of elements is not really impressive at the moment, but because the page builder is still so new, we condone that. In each new upgrade there will be more and more elements. This page builder has a future in my opinion.
BRIZY REVIEW POP-UPS
For pop-ups, one always had to purchase an extra pop-up plug-in. Those times are a bit over since the top of the page builders has pop-ups in it as standard. Brizy immediately belongs to this group, even though the page builder has been around for just over a year.
BRIZY PAGEBUILDER REVIEW: HEADERS
Many themes offer this option and offer many different out-of-the-box header designs. Brizy Pagebuilder also offers you this option, which can come in handy if you are using a very minimalist theme that does not have this.
BRIZY PAGEBUILDER REVIEW: FOOTERS
What I said above with the headers also applies here. It should actually be in your theme. But if you use a free theme or a very minimalist theme that does not have this, Brizy can also adjust your footer styling very quickly.
BRIZY PAGEBUILDER REVIEW: PADDING
Padding is often something that takes a long time to get it perfect. With Brizy, this becomes super easy, as you can just drag the margin to the side to create padding. This is a great feature.
BRIZY PAGEBUILDER REVIEW: SLIDERS
There is a very good Slider plugin in Brizy by default. The plugin has innovative functions and buying a Slider plugin may therefore be unnecessary. I must honestly say that I only work with Slider Revolution when I want to build a serious slider. The Brizy slider also has the special feature that you can turn any existing block into a slider as shown below.
BRIZY REVIEW SPEED
Brizy is really lightning fast with loading times if you use a minimalist theme, such as Astra. Brizy is, as far as I know, the only page builder built on React, Facebook's Javascript Library. This is brand new and the cream of the crop in coding. This not only makes your websites load very fast, but also the page builder itself works very quickly and smoothly.
BRIZY MARKETING APPS
If you enjoy using any of the following marketing apps pictured below, you'll probably be pleased to hear that they integrate perfectly into Brizy. You do need to purchase the pro version.
BRIZY PRICING
Brizy has very decent prices. First of all, there is a free version. What is immediately noticeable is that you get 1 to 2 years of free hosting in the Brizy Cloud for an unlimited number of websites. This can be called unique, a wonderful offer and of course you save a lot of money.
Brizy has of course much more to offer because they have thought of practically everything and this is a real top page builder. A few features that we haven't discussed here include Undo/Redo, Auto Save and Shape dividers like Divi has and more. If you are interested, take a look at Brizy's own site via the button below. Everything is explained in detail there.
UX-BUILDER (Brizy vs UX-Builder)
The UX-Builder is an astonishingly good page builder that you may not know about yet. The page builder is not sold separately as a plugin, at least not yet and is therefore only known to those who know the Flatsome Theme. This high-scoring theme is sold through the infamous Themeforest marketplace. You can read my review for the Flatsome Theme here.
UX-BUILDER PAGEBUILDER REVIEW
The UX builder is a responsive front-end page builder, which means that you can work directly on the page, and that for all devices, so mobile, tablet and desktop. Similar page builders are the best out there like Divi, Elementor, Brizy and Beaverbuilder. To work with this kind of page builders absolutely no real web designer skills are needed, they are suitable for everyone. There are of course minor differences between these page builders, so getting used to a new page builder is definitely a process that you have to go through.
UX-BUILDER VIDEO
The builders of the theme have about 15 different videos available to quickly get acquainted with this product and as support for its users. You can click the blue button with "Preview Item" here on the page to view all find these videos quickly. I will present the most important of these below.
UX-BUILDER REVIEW: ELEMENTS
Themes often advertise about the many elements contained in them, in reality these elements (also called widgets) belong to the page builder. The UX-Builder has about 45 elements in total, a nice number. This includes call-to-action buttons, headings, video, image, sliders, team, counters, and so on. There are page builders with an even greater number of elements, but 45 is already quite a lot. The UX-Builder does not have what is the case with a page builder like Elementor that there are many third parties are those extra elements for sale for sale.
UX-BUILDER: GRIDS (DRAG & DROP)
The UX-Builder offers many special features such as the drag and drop grid builder. Your photo grids can be built very quickly in this way, much faster than before. There are also many options such as zoom as shown below.
UX-BUILDER: BANNERS/SLIDERS
The same goes for the slider and banner building system built into the UX-Builder. It all works beautifully, in no time you have put together beautiful sliders. This feature also works with drag & drop.
UX-BUILDER SHORTCODES
Although people don't notice this too much, the UX-Builder is built on shortcodes. This makes the editor very fast to work with. An example of what the code looks like is shown below. Of course, it is difficult to switch to another editor since they do not understand the shortcodes produced by Flatsome. However, this applies to most page builders.
UX-BUILDER AND FLATSOME
Of course, as stated before, you get the UX-Builder in the Flatsome Theme. Week after week, this theme takes second place on Themeforest for best-selling themes. So we are dealing here with the combination of a good page builder with a very good theme. There are of course many more advantages to this theme, such as a huge library with demo sections and websites, mega menus and of course not to forget that the theme loads quickly and is perfect for building webshops with Woocommerce. You can read more about the Flatsome Theme here.
UX-BUILDER REVIEW PRICING
A bit of a disadvantage of the theme is that it is not sold via their own website, where they could in principle give big discounts like many other themes do. It is sold through the Themeforest marketplace. The take a lot of money for the mediation which is not really fair and oblige the themes to require a separate expensive license for every website of yours on which you would like to use the theme. This quickly becomes quite expensive.
UX-BUILDER REVIEW CONCLUSION
The UX-Builder is a very good page builder that with some extra work could possibly be sold as a plugin such as Brizy, not the best but certainly good to mention. The number of elements it contains is quite high and the code in which it is written is good and fast. If you want to work with the UX-Builder, you must purchase the Flatsome Theme.
MY ADVICE REGARDING BRIZY VS UX-BUILDER
Both of these page builders have been around for about 5 years and can certainly be called very good. Brizy is a free page builder available as a plugin that can be used in any theme. But Brizy is also a commercial page builder with many more options. Both have around 45 elements and are front-end inline editors. If you buy the UX-Builder, you also immediately have a very good Woocommerce theme. This is not the case with Brizy and you always need a theme. Both are good products, the choice is yours.
