Thrive vs Zion-Builder editor [2025] 💥
THRIVE ARCHITECT vs ZION-BUILDER
Today we are dealing with the comparison Thrive vs Zion-Builder. Zion-Builder comes as a premium plugin but also free in the Kallyas Theme, Thrive is a of the top page builders that does not have a free version and must be purchased. I'll start with Thrive Architect but this is a random choice and doesn't automatically mean it would be better.
THRIVE ARCHITECT (Thrive vs Zion-Builder)

In this Thrive Architect review we discuss this new acquisition in the top of the page builders. We are talking about a page builder who can measure itself with Divi and Elementor that originated from the Thrive plugin for Content Builder. This immensely popular plug-in has therefore been replaced by the page builder. Dragging and dropping this front-end WYSIWYG page builder did not suddenly fall out of the sky, although it is certainly a newcomer.
Install Thrive Architect in any theme and use the page builder to build your website. Thrive Architect can also be used independently, there are quite a few demo pages (325+) with which you can make a quick start or you can start building your site "from scratch". Above you can see in the animation immediately how well organized and pleasant Thrive Architect does its work. The page builder offers so many elements and settings that you have to get used to before you can work with them at full speed.
Thrive beautiful tables templates
The Thrive Architect page builder has very nice tables, there are 10+ different styles to choose from.
Thrive check responsiveness
Thrive shows you what the site will look like on mobile and tablet. Individual adjustments can be made for the different devices or you can set the widget to "off" on certain devices.
Thrive beautiful contact forms
As with the tables above, contact forms are already built into the Architect as standard. Within a few minutes you have adapted such a template to your data and wishes. It is important to disable other contact form plug-ins or remove them from your website.
De Thrive Architect user interface
Despite the fact that in this Thrive Architect review we find that there are too few ready-made demo pages in their product, we must say that the page builder in itself is a true pleasure to work with. The user interface works very well-arranged, and you can work with it very precisely.
This page builder puts pages on paper in minutes if you have some experience with them. From now on, writing texts is more work than creating the website itself. The editor is full width, or uses the full width of your screen. The different toolbars can be used as a dock, the Navigator can even float on your screen.
You can pick up elements from such a dock or sidebar elements and leave them on your worksheet with drag & drop. The number of elements and the things that can be done with it is quite overwhelming, but well nothing can be missing otherwise we would complain about that. Elements on your worksheet can be rescaled, dragged or moved until you are satisfied. You can start writing anywhere on your worksheet, the text editor is inline and does not use the so-called screens for writing.
De best inline teksteditor
The Thrive Architect theme has the best text editor of all the elite page builders there are for Wordpress. If you want to work relaxed and earn money with your website, Thrive is a very good choice. Both Divi and Elementor naturally also offer very good text editors, that must be said.
Thrive Architect latest upgrades
In the video above you can see what has recently been improved in Thrive Architect. Thrive does not stop improving its products and their page builder is so good right now.
Revision manager
The Thrive Architect revision manager has the unique feature that you can use undo and redo via buttons on your PC keyboard. The revision manager also works just like that of Divi and Elementor. You can use it continuously to earlier times when you saved work. You will never have to do anything new again, all your work will be saved.
Thrive Architect options and settings
On the image above you see a menu for the options at the top. With similar options grouped, searching for a particular option that you need has become much easier.
Side menu advanced options
In the side menu you can choose "advanced" at the bottom, so additional options appear. Most elements have hidden advanced options. It differs per element, but you can, for example, set margin and fill properties, settings for different devices and animation effects.
Thrive Text animations
There is nothing easier than adding text animations with Thrive Architect. Thrive keeps everything so simple that everyone will now start playing with his animations.
De Thrive Architect page elements
Thrive Architect has an unprecedented number of elements that you can use, installing third party plug-ins has become absolutely unnecessary with Thrive Architect, everything has been thought of. All these elements can in turn be adjusted to your taste. Thrive emphasizes conversion in everything it does, which is reflected in the elements. They want you to earn money with your site, a great goal. Until now, this is not the case with other page builders, Thrive is unique here.
Ready-made demo pages
There are 325+ 1-click demo pages in the Thrive Architect library. Just like the elements, these focus on call-2 action and conversion. We show you a few examples below.
Thrive Architect also offers normal landing pages and standard company pages in addition to all the conversion material but would do well to expand this considerably which they will certainly do. I expect so many new demos with every upgrade, which is what all the top themes do.
Thrive Architect prices
This Thrive Architect review is slowly coming to an end, let's talk about the costs. For 1 website you pay 67 dollars, the average price for a good theme is 60 dollars. I see Thrive as more than just a good theme and the $ 67 are okay. If you have several sites, you can operate them with the Architect for $ 97 a year, which is suddenly very cheap on average, so a good deal.
A membership costs you 228 per year, even though there is a monthly amount, one cannot pay per month. For this you get much more than just the Architect, many high-quality plug-ins that we have not discussed here. I think the deal is certainly okay, and interesting for web designers who can use it to provide 25 sites to Thrive customers.
Thrive Architect review conclusion
In this Thrive Architect review it emerges that Thrive can compete with the best in the field of themes and page builders and even take the lead on some fronts. It is more than worth its money and a pleasure to work with, especially the inline text editor. I look forward to future upgrades, it will all be even better ...
ZION-BUILDER (Thrive vs Zion-Builder)
The Zion-Builder has been around for years in the Kallyas Theme. I have been working with this theme for about 8 years because it is one of the best themes for building webshops. Knowing the Zion-Builder without having to research it, I can immediately say that the page builder is great. Zion-Builder is available as a free and a premium version.
ZION-BUILDER PAGEBUILDER REVIEW
The Zion builder is a responsive front-end page builder. Through my personal years of experience with this page builder I can immediately tell you that it works very precisely. Let's say if you want to build a work of art and the placement of elements comes down to millimeters, the Zion-Builder is ideal for that.
ZION-BUILDER VIDEO
The builders of the theme have about 8 different videos available to quickly get acquainted with this product and as support for its users. You can find all the video Zion-Builder offers here on the page.
ZION-BUILDER REVIEW: ELEMENTS
The Zion-Builder counts all together 45+ widgets (also called elements). This is a reasonable number, page builders like UX-Builder and Brizy offer the same numbers. I show some of these widgets below, if you want to see them all go to this page.
ZION BUILDER'S EDITOR
Zion-Builder is an inline text editor which means you can write directly on the page where you want as shown below. This is simply one of the most advanced editors even if it isn't really well known yet.
ZION-BUILDER: TEMPLATES LIBRARY
We're talking about a library full of pre-processed sections for call-to-cation items, forms, popups, and more. You can add these items to your page with 1 click and adapt them to your house style and data. The library features 150+ items. Well, there are both themes and page builders who offer 800+ of these, but given the young age of Zion-Builder it is a nice number.
ZION-BUILDER: SPEED
It is a bit more difficult to calculate speed with page builders than with themes. You can test the Zion Builder free here and see if the speed suits you. What we can do here is check the speed of the page on which the page builder is sold. The results of this test at GtMetrix are below. These are very good numbers which means to me that their programmers know all about optimizing for speed.
ZION-BUILDER: THEME BUILDER
Like the best-selling page builders like Elementor, Zion-Builder has a Theme Builder. Allows you to customize parts of the layout that should look the same on all pages. This includes the footer, the header and any additional sections that you want to see on all pages.
ZION-BUILDER: WOOCOMMERCE
Zion-Builder originally comes from a theme that was designed for e-commerce purposes. In the page builder you therefore have a large number of Woocommerce widgets. Zion-Builder also has a Woocommerce-Builder that makes styling product pages, cart pages and the like very easy.
ZION-BUILDER AND KALLYAS
Of course, as mentioned before, you get the Zion-Builder in the Kallyas Theme. Kallyas is an excellent theme that has been developed for years and therefore has few bugs. This theme is at its best when it comes to creating E-commerce websites. The advantage of buying the Kallyas Theme is that you get many more.
ZION-BUILDER REVIEW PRICING
The Zion-Builder offers very reasonable prices. At the time of writing there was just an offer, you just have to be lucky of course. The standard prices are next to it. The page builder is also worth its money just at the normal price as far as I'm concerned.
ZION-BUILDER REVIEW CONCLUSION
I had already given a few comments right at the beginning as I am very familiar with this product. The Zionbuilder works very precisely, quickly and what was often pleasant for me in combination with the Kallyas Theme is the ease with which I could use a different header on every page without that this took a lot of time. Definitely recommended, although there are more good pagebuilders.
THRIVE VS ZION-BUILDER CONCLUSION
First off, thank you for reading my Thrive Architect vs Zion-Builder review to the end. The Kallyas Theme is a bestseller and partly because of its great page builder, the Zion-Builder. We are now talking about a theme and it is difficult to compare themes and page builders. If we are only talking about the page builders, then Thrive will help you a lot more. Thrive is more extensive and can be installed in any theme.
