1. RESTART OUTLOOK
Let's start with the most simple fix. Restarting Outlook. Outlook (or any application) can sometimes hang up or stop working completely. Outlook can be closed and reopened to resolve any issues that may prevent you from receiving emails.
2. INTERNET ISSUES
You should check your internet connection. You may see the Outlook status bar showing Disconnected, Working Offline, and Trying to Connect. This indicates that Outlook is either offline or has some connectivity issues.
